A friend of mine was looking to hire a senior STEM professional for a position. His DEI-infatuated employer was pretty much telling him he had to hire a “diversity” candidate. Out of desperation he begged me to apply for the job. When I asked him what purpose that would serve if I am a white guy, he said: “If you say you’re a black woman, they can’t do anything but take your word for it.”

That’s how silly this whole thing has become.

Any student who can’t make up a Native American or Hispanic grandparent clearly is not qualified for an elite college since they will have to learn how to lie during their work lives as well.

“Fake it until you make it” will be the motto for every ambitious young person.

“We train sociopaths” will be the motto for every “respected” college and university.

The best solution would be for someone to open a new university that doesn’t require any essay.

Just apply w/your stats and do a first come first serve for the semester.

You could wipe out the entire admissions department. Maybe keep one guy.
