Chechen warlord Ramzan Kadyrov, one of Vladimir Putin's closest allies, has posted an extraordinary video 'to prove he is still alive'.
The 46-year-old bearded strongman and billionaire was alleged to have been on death's door this past weekend due to undisclosed health issues, thought to be liver or kidney related.
His discoloured right hand on the video suggests he has undergone recent medical treatment, say reports.
Kadyrov is seen with Russian MP and close friend Adam Delimkhanov who was reported in mid-June to have been wounded in the war in Ukraine after being targeted by a missile strike.
While both are seen alive, neither looked well in the clip.
