The existence of a masked gang of young men tying up rioters in one town is discussed in French language publications, but the mayor insists no such thing exists and tells locals to call the police if they witness unrest.
Witness accounts of a so-called “brigade anticasseur” (anti-thug brigade) in the port town of Lorlent, Brittany are reported by local newspaper Le Télégramme. In addition to what is reported by members of the public to the paper, a journalist for the publication claims to have seen a group of between 20 and 30 “young, hooded men” wearing balaclavas and gloves performing unofficial arrests.

Lorlent is on the coast with a very nice, deep harbor. Step 1, capture thugs and zip-tie them. Perhaps there was a more productive step 2 rather than calling the police?
They STILL don’t seem to understand, or are TOO SCARED to understand. They claim it’s just a relatively few ‘radicals’ out of a population that EASILY numbers 10 million, perhaps 20 million now (when descendants are counted).
They already have a governmental department dedicated to preserving the French Language. The question now is whether they’re ready to replace it with a department dedicated to preserving the Arabic Language.
When I get my magic wand to eliminate certain undesirable demographics, they’ll be the first to go.

I’m not so sure. I ride a Street Glide and a Sportster, not at the same time obviously, ;) I tend to patronize places you might expect to see them.
My observations are the average age of the Hell’s Angles I see, 60-70 years old. I’m not so sure the most of them are physically up to the task.
