That was another reason the Republicans wanted to get rid of President Trump. Members of Congress got a cut of NATO fees. Hell, they got a cut from everything with a monetary value.

Actually, this Russian invasion has changed a lot among the NATO nations and military budgets are one of those changes in a number of the member countries.
