No confusion. It’s the law. I wasn’t commenting on how the law came into being, constitutionally or unconstitutionally, but that’s where it stands today.

it’s misinterpreted and ASSUMED law, like Roe was assumed abortion was law, it never was. Our “laws” come from twisting of constitution and amendments and Judge rulings, when really laws only come from congress.
