It’s a shame he was shooting and killing people, but the only real chance of conviction in NYC now is breaking the motor vehicle laws. So I expect him to face a hefty fine for driving an “illegal scooter”.

Unless he stopped and got off his scooter. Then it’s “a male.” Still pretty good.
