Won’t work.
Just sayin’.
Isn’t enough for a modest cocaine fueled vacation.
I would start robbing old negroes if I lived there.
Olde English isn’t too bad for ghetto trash…
I would bet some of the 140 have white blood. Some probably have Cherokee ancestry. Some have black ancestry who owned slaves. All three groups owned SLAVES!
They’ve given out money already. It’d be worse to take it back.
The youngest that anyone who lived between these years can be is 53 or 54 years old. Was the “at least 18” necessary?
WILL THEY GET A 1099 AT END OF YEAR?????
Oh wait a minute, I’m the dim one here. I totally misread this. So you had to be at least 18 during the years of 1919 to 1969. So the youngest person who qualifies for this ghetto lottery is like 61 or 62?

I'm always going to question if such funding came from the unconstitutional, unaccountable, vote-buying federal omnibus spending bill that desperate Democrats and RINOs passed while Democrats still had control of House after 2022 elections.
Unconstitutional federal spending is why both Democratic and Republican Trump supporters need to primary all incumbents up for reelection in state and federal governments, except for MTG, in 2024.
After all, lawmakers and executives continue to show that they do not have the patriotism and leadership skills necessary to find legislative support for effective remedies for unconstitutional government policies.
In fact, given that one of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutionally given to the unconstitutionally big federal government to dictate peacetime domestic policy is to run the Mail Service (most federal domestic policy actually based on stolen state powers), the worst problem that the country would otherwise be looking at with a new Congress of freshman lawmakers is arguably a delay with mail delivery.
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 7: To establish Post Offices and post Roads;"
Trump can endorse candidates that Constitution-savvy patriots recommend as long as candidates are not incumbents, candidates also promising to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments after they win office.
The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same politicians to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.
So far, just under $1.2 million has been gathered for it, Tasheik Kerr, assistant to the city manager, told a meeting last week.
It sounds like everyone running Evanston must be high. Maybe they should buy their marijuana legally instead of from their favorite street drug dealer. (The scheme should eliminate any revenues coming from the $1MM real estate transfer tax. Who would want to buy a $1MM house there?)
They likely to get unreparated.
Zactly, I've been saying watch what happens when some get it and some don't. Could get interestin'.

Hmmm....I hear the inflation on drugs and guns just took a big hike in ChiTown...
I think Rochester NY beat them to it.
Indeed the families didn’t receive a dime one must be a preferred PC color.
If they had to be at least 18 in 1969, they’d be no younger than 72 now....
