Republican presidential candidate Ron DeSantis (R-FL) is said to have turned down an invitation to speak at Turning Point Action (TPA) in West Palm Beach, Florida, this weekend — a move that has conservatives perplexed.
Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, shared Posobiec’s tweet, writing, “Too bad!”
Cernovich offered a similar sentiment to Bowyer’s. Who told DeSantis to snub Turning Point? Is he afraid they’ll boo him? They wouldn’t. What exactly is the “thinking” going on with his brainiac brain trust of big donor funded advisers?
While DeSantis will not be at the event, four other Republican presidential candidates are slated to speak, headlined by former President Donald Trump

It’s no mystery why he declined. That’s weakness.
The most obvious reason is, of course, totally and deliberately ignored by Bretbart. None of the candidates who will be participating in two IA events this weekend will be at Turning Point’s event, just as Trump and none of the Turning Point participants won’t be at the IA events.
Honest criticisms of the candidates are fine. We all need to know the good and the bad of those running for high office (well, any office actually). This was just a chance to denounce a candidate that Breitbart doesn’t like.
The take charge, “I’m an executive kind of guy” can’t even figure out how to run his campaign.
Why should Trump get into it with Tucker and all the wanna be’s?
After about 8 years politically, and decades longer otherwise, what don’t you know about Trump?
