Joe thinks its 1992 and he is Perot. We see how well that worked out. Gave us the pervert. Joe is an obedient Dem, a poor actor, and I view him as a likely Perot II to take disaffected (Trump weary) GOP votes away from the GOP and hand the Dems a victory in the most crucial election we've ever had.
