I wonder if the common source of this acid used in many attacks is drain opener on the hardware section of stores? It is only powerful acid made to dissolve grease and hair clogs in household plumbing drainpipes and is sold in special plastic or glass bottles which are also wrapped in heavy clear plastic. They have warning labels aplenty on them about dangerous burns if it touches flesh.
