Silly question really. After what we've witnessed since 2016, it's quite clear that elections are controlled outcome events of little significance to the public or their government institutions.
"Quality Control Measures" have been put into place and tested. I really don't think the Democrat nominee has any worries. It's clear the judicial, and legislative branches of government have deferred any involvement over the Bureaucratic Branch of government.

There is no mystery about his strategy.
The last general election he “won” sitting in his basement at home knowing he had a foolproof system in place to steal the election. And it worked. They had a plan to steal the five battleground states by deceit and deception, and a media to cover for them. The guy did nothing but sit in his basement probably watching Hunter’s porn shows - and won!!!!
Maybe he plans to do the same.
