Act 10 is good for Wisconsin, but Scott Walker blew it when the Republicans had a veto proof majority and never did a thing out stopping election cheating. We have been losing state wide election for 30 year because of cheating in Milwaukee and Madison and all inner-city They could have made Wisconsin the Cleanest election state in the union.
