“Sound of Freedom” star Jim Caviezel discussed President Donald Trump during an interview on “War Room” this week, where he talked about the smashing success of the independent film that has brought awareness to the horrors of child sex trafficking.
To date, “Sound of Freedom” has raked in more than $50 million nationwide, rocketing to unprecedented success, per Forbes.
The film, which tells the true story of Tim Ballard and his fight to rescue trafficked children via his work with Operation Underground Railroad, has additionally become one of 2023’s top 25 highest grossing domestic movies, Forbes also reported.
During his interview on “War Room,” Caviezel stated that President Trump “will be at peace and at rest” when he watches the film because “you, more than anyone, have done incredible things.”
Caviezel seemed to be alluding to Trump’s efforts to combat human trafficking while he was president. During his first term in office, the president took a strong stance against human trafficking and even established the first-ever White House position aimed at fighting the global scourge.
Per the Trump campaign, there was a 14 percent increase in human trafficking convictions in 2017. He also launched a historic Interagency Task Force to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons.
Caviezel observed, “…Donald Trump, people talk about how private he is about his faith. Well, he’s getting it done for our Lord and Savior.”
The star also explained that he believed Trump had been selected by God to serve as president of the United States. He said, “I believe Donald Trump was selected by God Almighty, and I’m talking about the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit God. And he listened to the voice, and probably did not think he was the best guy, or maybe he thought he was the best guy. Because in my opinion he’s pretty great.”
President Trump is set to host a special screening of “Sound of Freedom” at the Trump National Golf Club Bedminster next week. He will be joined by Jim Caviezel and Mexican filmmaker and producer of the film, Eduardo Verastegui.

I, too, have had an uneasy feeling when others said similar things (that Trump became prez at God's hand). Until I remembered all the times I prayed for the end of Roe v Wade.

But, once in a while, can't You choose someone else?
I think Trump was blessed by God to do the job. Who else could accomplish so much in office with constant lawsuits trying to block him? Who else is such a danger to the Deep State that they have been and are doing everything possible to take him down? Who else could withstand the constant attacks by packs of wild animals? I don’t know that anyone else could take it. And he’s doing it for this country.

Caviezel is not the only one who thinks God had a hand in Trump being at the right place at the right time.
I don’t want to even think about this much less bring it up! Ballard is on film saying that the Carlos Slim Helu family of Mexico financed this film. Rumors are the entire project is to gain favor for and to finance microchipping kids.
All I know is Carlos Slim Helu does business with Hunter Biden and owns the Bushes and launders money through the Clinton Foundation and is thick with the cartels doing the trafficking.
I would like more explanation about the ties between Slim and this movie.

Well, I guess Jack White will now hate Jim Caviezel. I mean, White was totally unhinged last week the way he trashed Joe Rogan, Mel Gibson and Mark Wahlberg for interacting with Donald Trump, along with the way he criticized Donald.
Lets see the part on film please. This seems like a sabotage that we are just seeing this now.

I agree that it’s timing is suspect. I want an answer to the question what is the association of Slim in this movie. I will try to find the clip of Ballard talking about the slim family finance. There’s no dispute that Slim’s son was involved.
Considering PDJT has every evil force on earth directing their disdain at him, along with the world watching every move, it seems pretty Biblical to me.
Trump upsetting the status quo in D.C. is the modern equivalent to Christ overturning tables in the temple. They despise him for it.
At least here in the south he certainly has the support of the most religious Christians
