This is all immaterial. Only a conviction of insurrection can keep him out of WHouse.

Announce a plan. DJTrump for Pres, anyone else for VP. No matter where DJT is on Jan 20, the Veep pardons him of everything that PM. DJT then goes on a rampage. Use every executive power to shut down every Fed office within sight. Shut down DC. Keep SService and military around the actual WHouse (and wherever the Veep hangs out) and let the rest of DC burn to the ground. Do what the Brits tried to do in 1812.
Reboot. Scatter all Fed offices across the nation and move them around on regular basis. Destroy the enormous Fed gov’mt. Forever. SCOTUS can meet in any state house they choose.

What makes you think the left won’t “burn things to the ground” should Trump miraculously win again? I suspect they’ll be the ones destroying government, since they’ve proven what sore losers they are (even worse than the sore winners they are). And what would they have to lose? Nothing. If Trump were to win again, they’d assume that their @sses are toast and would act out accordingly. It would be a mess of unrest, no matter what... going forward.

No, we have to face reality of what we’re up against even “if” Trump won the presidency. Be ready, be prepared.
