Yes. Several hundred of them from all over the USA carried out illegal seizure orders in New Orleans after Katrina. Not one cop objected to the seizure orders from Mayor Nagin and FEMA.

Mainly because the cops and rescue teams were the ones being shot at.

That is also true. What I saw in the Katrina collapse tells me what is going to happen all over the Nation when it collapses. Civilization is a very thin veneer over savagery. Our government, out of malice and stupidity, will hasten that collapse. I fear our future will not be pleasant.
