BEHOLD: Unearthed 2020 electoral theft plot by John Podesta & Co. to hand election over to Biden (in Michigan of all places)…

An eye-catching Twitter thread by Mike Benz, Executive Director of the Foundation for Freedom Online, is stirring up quite a buzz. As you’re probably aware, Dana Nessel, the radically anti-Trump Michigan Attorney General has brought conspiracy charges against 16 “grandparents” for serving as “alternate electors” in the contentious 2020 election.

The truly concerning aspect of these charges isn’t merely the idea that Whitmer and her crew aim to imprison these older adults indefinitely.

It’s that this move is part of a broader scheme to once again attempt to imprison President Trump and meddle with the 2024 election. As always, there’s a calculated reason why Dems are pulling this move, and it has absolutely nothing to do with “justice” or “secure elections” and everything to do with the next round of charges from Biden’s immoral and unjust DOJ.

The so-called “fake electors” case is said to be central to Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation of Trump and his campaign. Former President Trump said Tuesday he had been informed he was a target of the inquiry.

Notice a pattern here? Right on time, much like the last presidential election when the sudden COVID outbreak happened at the most “convenient” moment for the Democrats, chaos ensues. While this bogus case unfolds in Michigan, Mike Benz has uncovered documents revealing what John Podesta, Hillary’s former campaign CEO, had planned to ensure Biden’s inauguration, regardless of the actual election outcome. What John Podesta plotted was far worse than anything Trump could have ever imagined.

They (the Democrats and Deep State) always accuse you of what they’re guilty of doing.

Can someone explain to me the difference (if there is one) between what these 16 people did and if I had claimed to be a legitimately-appointed Trump elector from New Hampshire (I didn’t do that, of course).

Did they claim the Legislature had appointed them? Did they forge certificates of ascertainment?

Or is it an example of “money talks, BS walks”?

It’s not clear that “impersonating a Michigan Elector” is a crime unless you send a forged document to the Archivist of the United States.

Well, again, I could claim to have neurosurgery privileges at my hospital (I’m not a neurosurgeon and I don’t have those privileges), but until I scrub in and pick up a drill, the only thing that would happen to me would be a long rest.

If, however, I drilled a hole in someone’s head, that would be REAL trouble.

Where do these fake electors fit on that continuum?

Wasn’t the 2020 election in Michigan tainted by an early morning ballot dump?

Irrelevant to outcome of the Electoral College vote.

The “election” alleged to be fraudulent has no Constitutional existence.

The 50 State Legislatures which appoint 535 Electors (and Congress, which appoints 3) have all adopted the custom of having people voting as the means by which the appointments are normally made, but this creates 51 elections, not one.

Those 51 elections occur at the direction of, and are subservient to, 50 legislatures and Congress. The States unwisely granted Congress 3 Electors by ratifying the XXIII Amendment in 1960, so Congress does have supervisory power OVER THOSE THREE, but not otherwise.

There is only one Presidential election in the Constitution, it takes place in December, there are 538 voters, and in December 2020 Biden got 306 of them and was elected President.

No State Legislature objected that its Electors were not the ones they had appointed. No State Legislature even convened to consider the matter. In the case of Pennsylvania, the Legislature fled to avoid considering the matter.

It has never been alleged that a single one of the 306 votes for Biden/Harris was a forgery, that the Electors who casted them were impersonating someone else, or that the Legislatures had secretly appointed other Electors.

There is zero space for an allegation of fraud in the Constitutional Presidential election of December 14, 2020.

As far as the 51 elections which occurred on November 3, 2020, they may very well have been rife with fraud, but since the appointment power of the 50 State Legislatures (535) and Congress (3) is plenary, that’s a problem for those legislatures to deal with should they choose to do so.
