Poor analysis. This is not a democrat scheme to help Truup become the nominee. It’s pure visceral hate based revenge. They despise him and us. They are trying to teach America a lesson. That is also the reason for the DC gulag, the arrests/charging of alienate electors, etc.

They want Trump jailed as punishment for the rest of his life because he called out their scams. Rational people understand that these are political indictments not unlike what happened/happens in Cuba, the Soviet Union, China, and Brazil among others. It’s what authoritarianism looks like in real time and the vote was absolutely rigged in 2020. 81 million votes for a walking corpse is so unbelievable but when the courts are loyal to the Democrats, there is no legal recourse.
It will be odd having a convicted felon as the GOP nominee but it’s going to happen and Trump would win in an honest election.

Bingo. What many FReepers who stay in the echo chamber fail to realize is that the Dems HATE Trump with the white-hot fire of a thousand suns. They have been propagandized for years that Trump is the epitome and culmination of all that is bad in the universe, and they believe it to the marrow of their bones.
In 2024, every Dem and Left-leaning independent is going to race out and vote against Trump. Whom they are voting for will not matter, because they don’t care. They exist to hate Trump and keep him out of office.
Even without cheating, Trump would have a rough time winning. With cheating it becomes impossible. Even Senator Kennedy of Louisiana said last week that the Dems want to run against Trump because Trump is the best “get-out-the-vote” motivator they have.
It backfired, all it did was create Trump 2.0.
