The article doesn’t tell but implies it was from a food source.

Supposedly more common in fruits and processed meats. Can also be in frozen food.

I remember a big outbreak in cantelopes several years ago. Some also found in frozen fruit.

Honeybaked Ham also had a problem with it years ago.
