I’m confused. How does the Clinton Library have this letter and when did a Presidential Library get the power/authority to declassify anything? Or is this just another one of those double standards?

The Clinton Library is part of the National Archives & Records Administration.

Seriously? Correspondence automatically is unclassified after 30 years. That’s how we get to know a president’s personal letters. Trump did decide to release some personal letters for 99 dollars to anyone interested. But the rest of his letter will be released around 2050.
