You're repeating propaganda more ridiculous than Baghdad Bob ever put out.

Ukraine has been engaged in counteroffensive for more than 50 days and hasn't reached the first line of Russian defense. If anything, the Russians have gained ground and aren't even on the offensive.

Ukraine is out of 155mm ammo, the lifeblood of this war, and no air support whatsoever ever. Russia dominates that air space.

The Russians are ripping apart Odessa, which will be lost if Ukraine doesn't surrender unconditionally, leaving Ukraine a rump, landlocked country.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=9l6AGTSBNpo&t

"Ukraine has already lost the war. This is not going to won. Ukraine is disintegrating. It's armed forces are falling apart. They aren't bad people. They aren't bad soldiers. They have done all that is humanly possible. But, hundreds of thousands of dead in causalities is simply too much. All the hospitals are full. How many people they have left that they can throw at the advancing Russians is anyone's guess. But, I don't think it's too much.

The question is, what do we do now? How many more have to die before we finally say enough is enough." -- Col. Douglas Macgregor, Redacted, 7/24/23

“Putin can just declare “Mission Accomplished” and have his TV blast that.”

True, but that only works in Russia. The rest of the world will still smell the blood in the water.

"...All of these dynamics are evident in Russia’s war against Ukraine. r Putin set as his objectives the “denazification” and “demilitarization” of Ukraine. - By the first, he meant regime change, in which case the war has clearly been a failure. - As for demilitarization, Ukraine is on its way to becoming the most militarized country in Europe. "

The Ukraine is being reduced to rubble. By "demilitarization" Putin was likely referring the Ukraine's Azov Nazis, NATO's militarization of the Ukraine (to which Germany's Angela Merkel recently admitted), in addition to Biden's bio warfare labs.

Azov is fighting at Bakhmut now. Moscow will never be able to genocidally mass murder the idea of the Ukrainian nation. Ukraine’s neighbors that have a shared history of misery and genocide at the hands of the Kremlin won’t stop supporting Ukraine, either.

Update on the conflict in Ukraine for July 26, 2023:

-Ukraine’s offensive nears the 2 month mark, having failed to breakthrough the security zone along the line of contact and reach the first of several layers of Russian defenses;

-Ukrainian losses are significant, Russia’s Ministry of Defense estimated up to 26,000 casualties as of July 12, 2023, many more have died since;

-Comments from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky indicate significant losses throughout the conflict and an inability to properly prepare for the current offensive;

-Ukraine has begun using bombings, drone strikes, and other forms of terrorism deep within Russian territory to compensate for a lack of progress along the line of contact;

-US security assistance packages for Ukraine reflect dwindling capacity to sustain combat in a high-intensity war of attrition;

-Allegations of Chinese support for Russian combat operations by supplying Russian troops with equipment and drones deliberately ignore the fact that Chinese products are making it into the hands of both Russian and Ukrainian soldiers on the free market;

-The Western media framing China as incapable of brokering peace because non-lethal products it makes are on the battlefield in Ukraine ignores Western nations positioning themselves to likewise broker peace (such as France) despite transferring weapons and ammunition to Ukrainian forces;

-With Ukraine’s offensive stalled, it is likely Ukraine’s Western sponsors will be preparing for their next move, be it an intervention of one kind or another, or shifting from Ukraine to the war it is attempting to provoke with China in the Pacific;

If I were a Demonrat, I’d be a Zelensky disciple and eager to swallow the globalist Kool-Aid propaganda.

BTW, is “Mulligan” one of your multiple accounts ? Your puppet accounts all talk alike.

The trolls couldn’t get more than 7% of polled FReepers to support their little war, and that was when the media was in full-throated support.

Curious that if an anti-globalist makes a reply to the Sorosbot/Schwarzbot/Zelenskybot warmonger trolls, no matter how innocuous, they squeal like stuck pigs to have the comment zotted by the mods and cite JimRob’s recent edict on “no personal attacks.” Yet the warmonger leftist trolls here make some of the most disgusting, vile and incendiary comments against well-respected posters and their filth is allowed to stand unmolested. There’s a reason why many posters have chosen to leave here with this two-tiered system, sadly.

That right there is a reason for provoking war. Yet one more reason why NATO needs to be completely and thoroughly dismantled.

What if this war was being prolonged to prevent the exposure of kickbacks, bribery, and corruption amongst the US executive and legislative branches.

What if propaganda were being used to suppress opposition to the war and bolster support gir Ukraine?

What if all the dead Ukrainians were simply a tool to increase profits and payoffs within the DC beltway?

How can so many people be fooled into being tools for the US govt elite and their personal ill-gotten gains so soon after the same exact thing happened with COVID just a couple of short years ago?

What if, under our present leadership (from both parties) we are also the “bad guys”?

Nah. That could never happen.

“Russia is at best at an impasse, they can’t win more territory....”

How long do you think NATO can remain an effective alliance from here?

It appears to exist to line the pockets of politicians around the world.

It does not look like an effective fighting force (even if by proxy) in Ukraine.

That is exactly why it is being fought. Joe Biden and his worshipers cannot allow the World learning what the Bio Labs in Ukraine contain. To prevent this, Biden is willing to take the United States of America into a full blown nuclear with Russia. His worshipers and Fellow Travelers in Congress whole heartedly second and support his decision. The fate of the citizens of Ukraine they cannot care less about. But they cannot and will not allow the World to know what those Bio Labs contain. Because then the World can make the connection that what the Bio Labs contained was used on them. A/L/A, Covid 19 virus.

So what does that say about the Ukrainian flag wavers? Are they just easy to manipulate?

Firstly - it’s Ukraine who fought back the Russians.

Secondly - even if NATO stops now, the Ukrainians have, thanks to Putin’s invasion, discovered their national identity.

The Russians aren’t going to be able to win more territory.

The only question is if they can hold on to their ill-gotten gains.

RFEngineer “What if....”

That’s pure speculation along the lines of “What if JFK was a jelly doughnut” — and equally daft.

The war is being prolonged by Putin alone. When he lost the battle of Hostomel and Kyiv in March 2022, he should have retreated to the DPR/LPR. But he didn’t.

he had a second chance in June when he lost the battle for Mykolaiv, closing off any chance of making Ukraine land-locked. But he didn’t.

he had a third chance in September when he lost huge chunks of territory east of Kherson, closing off any chance of taking Ukraine east of the Dnieper. But he didn’t.

he had a fourth chance in November when he lost the battle for Kherson. But he didn’t.

he had a fifth chance in April this year when he gained Bakhmut - the first victory in 10 months (at a huge cost). he could have declared mission accomplished and left. But he didn’t.

Putin is hte one prolonging the war as he has no out

You think Russia wants to invade nations in Eastern Europe and take them over against their will?

Why would he want to fight a series of bloody wars when Russia already has a declining population? Why would anyone think younger Russians, who are already complaining about mandatory military service, tolerate that? Why would he risk doing that and losing the ability to sell oil to Germany through the Nord 2 pipeline.

These kind of comments are ignorant. It’s 2022, not 1982.
