“It is apparent that it doesn’t take much to get on Trumps’ S-— List.”
I look at it from the other perspective. Everyone in public life has already decided whether they are for Trump, or whether Trump is their mortal enemy whom they will do literally anything to stop. There doesn’t seem to be any middle ground, at least as far as public figures are concerned.
So if someone tells Trump they aren’t for him, they are essentially telling him they are his sworn enemy. That’s their choice, not his.
I consider those who oppose Trump an enemy.
Because they are! This comes down to good vs evil...Simple as that.
Unfortunately the first group you mention tops out at about 40%, which won’t be enough to win a general election.
There is another side to that coin.
Trump doesn’t want or need to share his political oxygen with his competitors. Further, standing up on the stage with the likes of Christie and Pence just makes them look bigger and Trump look smaller. I think its a no-brainer. Trump doesn’t want to be compared to pygmies.
“So if someone tells Trump they aren’t for him, they are essentially telling him they are his sworn enemy. That’s their choice, not his.”
She didn’t say that. She said she was neutral. You don’t do that to the King.
