Clauser doesn’t need to be a “climate scientist” to spot gross exaggeration, wide variances and overamplification of feedback loops, not to mention crap data. He’s more then familiar with the numerical methods they are using, or rather abusing.
The winter of 2023 in the West put the lie to everything they have predicted. Even as late as November 2022 they were predicting a dry winter. It turned out to be the biggest winter in 80 years. NOAA tried to explain that away by saying it was within the allowed variance. Virtually everyone nearly died of laughter.
It’s all a giant mistake.
