I do not understand that part. Did the court forget to change it to something like Delaware, maybe the form is used so often that California was in there already and no change was made. Those things do happen.
If they were totally baffled by drugs inside the White House, how are authorities going to guarantee Hunter is clean now?

The judge should order the US Marshall’s Service to select random days for drug testing and show up unannounced and escort him to the nearest testing facility.
