David Weiss, the justice official prosecuting Hunter Biden for tax crimes, had his college and law school fees paid in part by bribes from tax cheats, legal documents show.

Weiss’ father, Meyer Weiss, worked as an IRS agent in Philadelphia from 1955 to 1984. He was caught accepting over $200,000 in bribes from businessmen seeking to break federal tax laws, and was sentenced four years in prison.

Meyer spent almost $71,020 on David’s college and law school tuition, in part financed by the bribe money, a 1995 US tax court ruling said.

The criminal history of the Delaware prosecutor’s family was unearthed by right wing nonprofit Marco Polo.

The organization previously conducted a two-year investigation into the Biden family and last year published a shocking 650-page report alleging dozens of crimes by Joe Biden, his son, family members and associates.

Founder Garrett Ziegler, a former Donald Trump White House staffer, said though the Delaware prosecutor is not responsible for his father’s actions, he fears they may color his approach to tax prosecutions.

‘A son cannot be held to account for the sins of his father, of course. But that’s not what we’re asking,’ Ziegler told DailyMail.com.

Hunter Biden probe shows corruptness in two-tier justice system
Weiss snubbed House request for docs WRT Hunter Biden probe

America’s two-tier justice system keeps rolling along. And Delaware US Attorney David Weiss, who snubbed the House’s request for documents pertaining to his probe of Hunter Biden, is the latest to show how far the Department of Justice will go to keep it rolling.

Hunter, resident Biden’s black-sheep son, is facing tax and weapons charges that would represent deep hot water for most Americans. But Hunter isn’t most Americans. He’s the president’s son, and, allegedly, bagman as well. And our Justice Department, headed by Attorney General Merrick Garland, is out to spare him the consequences of his actions.

IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley has come forward to report that Department of Justice officials took care to ensure that Hunter couldn’t be charged by ordering US attorneys in Washington, DC, and California not to prosecute.

...

Weiss didn’t charge Hunter because he allegedly said he lacked the authority to charge for things outside his home jurisdiction. Garland could have granted Weiss the power to do so, but despite claiming that Weiss had unlimited powers, Garland never made the grant. Hunter’s charges thus fell through a crack.

...

But hey, the tax fraud was only one of Hunter’s legal problems where the Department of Justice was happy to help out. If you’re a Jan. 6 protester who just wandered around the Capitol, you can expect solitary confinement before trial, and prosecutors who’ll throw the book at you. But if you’re the son of a (Democratic) president, you can expect to be handled with kid gloves.

David Weiss singlehandedly changed the outcomes of the 2020 and 2022 elections and now setting his sights on the 2024 election. Weiss is overseeing the Hunter Biden situation while AG Garland refuses to appoint a Special Prosecutor. Let’s look at what he has in front of him. You know about Burisma paying off Hunter. You know about China paying off Hunter. You know about Hunter Biden failing to pay his taxes. But there’s more. A lot more.

Complaint: Hunter Advised Office of VP Biden on Burisma, a Potential FARA Violation. You might remember that they wanted to slam Paul Manafort in prison for life for a FARA violation while they let his boss Tony Podesta retroactively register. Hunter Biden firm teamed up with Chinese military company known to be national security threat

Whistleblower Says He Gave DOJ Damning Information on Biden Family Foreign Business Deals It’s all being stonewalled and slow-walked. The Treasury Department will testify about its withholding of 150 suspicious activity reports (SARs) generated by the Biden family and their associates by unusual foreign or high-dollar transactions.

2 SARS is considered to be a red flag. The Biden’s have more the 150. “We haven’t even heard a peep from this Delaware U.S. attorney. It’s very odd. Everyone in America is keeping up with this case. Yet Merrick Garland continues to act like, well, he doesn’t know anything about it. He’s staying out of it. I don’t think anybody believes that now,”

...... the administration is trying to delay critical evidence until after the 2024 election. Weiss sat on the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020. Disclosure of it and its contents would have altered the course of the election had people known. Then Weiss continued to sit on the evidence through the 2022 midterms. There’s a mountain of potential evidence of wrongdoing. What’s going on?

After Weiss stalled the Hunter Biden investigation for the 2020 election he was asked to stay on into the Biden administration. Weiss was a team player. This game was rigged and here’s why you might think so: (Excerpt) Read more at floppingaces.net...
