I’ve been on this property a few times. While it was functional for Rush, it is oddly laid out for most anyone else.
I can see tearing it down, I can’t see paying $155M for it in the first place.
The biggest problem w/ this property (and why it was never worth $155M) is its location. It is near the northern tip of Palm Beach (within view of Singer Island), and in the season it’s a bitch to get anywhere from there.
I suppose if you can put a helicopter pad in, that would solve some of the access problems.
I miss Rush much.

Rush was certainly one of them, a super rare talent.
Nobody has come close to taking over the job he did every day.
I read somewhere that every person on Earth could be placed in a 1500 soft home four people in each house and they would all fit in the state of Texas.

That should be a crime. Destroying a beautiful, historical building with character to replace it with a modern, ugly, Orwellian monstrosity should be a crime. Modern “architecture” sucks.
Americans simply have no taste and possess no appreciation for beautiful architecture with stunning craftsmanship. Americans prefer ugly, boring, common and cheap. And don’t get me started on the a abominable open floor plan monstrosities.

Agreed, I live on 56 acres of forested land with hiking trails, waterfall, brook and three tiny houses. All private and nestled away.

The area isn’t likely zoned for commercial interests. Besides, I don’t believe there would be enough demand for tickets and Rush trinkets to pay for the upkeep.
In the fwiw department, Derek Jeter’s manse on Davis Island is toast too.
