I think the anger is due to how hard this restaurant had to work to find 6 white dudes in London. Likely took them months.

What sort of chefs will they find in an Indian restaurant? How about a Chinese? Ethiopian? Italian? A kosher deli? What kind of chefs will they find in a Mexican restaurant?

I have eaten in Nottinghill Gate but not in that restaurant. I like Indian food when visiting in the UK. I lived there for several years before returning to the USA. I almost always ate in Indian restaurants. I noticed the staff was almost all Indian where I would eat, it was an Indian restaurant! It did not give me pause. When I go to a restaurant I want quality food and do not give a damn the color of the person that cooks and serves it. I want good food.
