In California, the hallmark of a good Chinese restaurant is the clientele. When you walk in, if everybody is Chinese (customers and staff), you know you’ve found a good place to:eat. Never once in my 72 years did it ever occur to me that “this place isn’t diverse” and leave. Quite the opposite.

This diversity fetish only applies to whites.
