Too many weak minded people have decided to accept the presumption that racial quotas are desired and necessary.
Real nice of him to stick up for his employees, too.
Correct response is something like: My chefs are hardworking and talented. I do not appreciate the accusation that there is something wrong with them because of the color of their skin. Race is not considered when hiring and people of all stripes are encouraged to apply for employment and to eat at my restaurants.
Don’t let the real racists get away with their attempt to frame the issue as something you’ve done wrong.
The woke would say nothing if it was all dark skinned folks. It’s an anti-white thing.
