And here’s my concern — THAT BELIEF OF YOURS, EVEN WHEN STATED OPENLY, RIGHT OR WRONG, IS PROTECTED SPEECH UNDER THE FIRST AMENDMENT.
What’s happening today with what Jack Smith is doing in prosecuting Trump for openly verbalizing this belief, is CRIMINALIZING such speech. If Trump loses this, it will create a very evil precedent for the rest of us.
It will be the end of the First Amendment as we know it.

That’s hy the 2nd amendment was created, to protect the individual rights of the 1st and maintain a free state. When the founders created the 2nd amendment, they didn’t have todays weapons in mind.
