Pence will be forced to testify under oath. First the defense must be given access to those notes. They will examine the handwriting or the device on which they were recorded. Just when were they written? Did Pence write them himself or were they dictated to someone ? If so who? Were they edited? If Trump’s lawyers are any good Pence will look like a fool or commit outright perjury. The cross examination will destroy the government’s flimsy case. Pence is slime. However he underscores just how bad Trump is at judging people and selecting associates.
Trump needs to start hiring some actual lawyers with some extensive criminal law experience-— instead of the big breasted bimbos he has such a penchant for.
