Five 2020 election irregularities, illegalities that collide with Jack Smith's Trump indictment

Former President Donald Trump has been arraigned on four felony counts alleging he conspired to spread claims of 2020 election fraud that he knew to be untrue to stop certification of the vote.

Federal prosecutors bringing the case, however, will have to contend with at least five high-profile cases of confirmed irregularities or illegalities from the 2020 contest ranging from Iranian interference to unlawful voting procedures.

Trump was indicted by a grand jury led by Special Counsel Jack Smith on Tuesday and arraigned Thursday in a federal courtroom on four charges, including Conspiracy to Defraud the United States; Conspiracy to Obstruct an Official Proceeding; Obstruction of and Attempt to Obstruct an Official Proceeding; and Conspiracy Against Rights.

The indictment alleges that “The purpose of the conspiracy was to overturn the legitimate results of the 2020 presidential election by using knowingly false claims of election fraud to obstruct the federal government function by which those results are collected, counted, and certified.

Presiding Judge Tanya Chutkan in Trump Case donated thousands to Obama
by Gabe Kaminsky, Investigative Reporter, August 01, 2023 11:32 PM

The judge assigned Tuesday to handle special counsel Jack Smith’s 2020 election case against former President Donald Trump poured thousands of dollars into Barack Obama’s campaign coffers, records show.

Trump faced an indictment at the hands of a federal grand jury in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday on four new charges related to his alleged efforts to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election and incite the Jan. 6 riot on Capitol Hill in 2021.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, who will handle the case, was an Obama appointee in 2014 and contributed roughly $4,300 to his presidential campaign and victory fund combined between 2008 and 2012, according to campaign finance disclosures reviewed by the Washington Examiner.

Chutkan’s donations were made while she worked at Boies Schiller Flexner, a major law firm with over a dozen offices across the United States. She also gave $250 in 2008 to the campaign for Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), though the Federal Election Commission database doesn’t list her backing any federal candidates after September 2012.

The Obama ties are sure to propel Republicans to allege further that the indictment and case are doomed as politically motivated, as the GOP continues to further the idea that the Department of Justice and intelligence agencies have been weaponized against disfavored speech among conservatives. Trump was ordered to appear for his arraignment on Tuesday in Washington district court and is expected to plead not guilty to the four charges.

He is accused of conspiracy to defraud the U.S., conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights, according to the indictment.

Trump said in a statement Tuesday that the charges were “nothing more than the latest corrupt chapter in the continued pathetic attempt by the Biden Crime Family and their weaponized Department of Justice to interfere with the 2024 Presidential Election.”

John Lauro, an attorney for Trump, referred to the indictment as “an attack on free speech and political advocacy.”

Chutkan has been involved in another Trump-related case and denied a request from the former president in 2021 seeking to block the National Archives and Records Administration from providing records on the Capitol riot to the since-defunct House select committee probing the events of that day.

“Plaintiff does not acknowledge the deference owed to the incumbent President’s judgment. His position that he may override the express will of the executive branch appears to be premised on the notion that his executive power ‘exists in perpetuity,’” Chutkan wrote in her prior opinion.

The only way to steal a landslide is using high tech.

We can fix everything else, but until we get rid of the electronic voting machines, Deep State can and will continue to steal elections at will.

This latest Biden/DOJ Indictment Of Trump Is A Declaration Of War
Against American Voters......its not about Trump. It’s about:
<><>criminalizing dissent
<><>punishing the millions who voted for him —
<><>and warning them not to do it again.

The indictment reads more like a Washington Post editorial with its contention that
<><>Trump was “determined to remain in power”
<><>and so “spread lies” that there had been fraud
<><>to “create an intense national atmosphere of mistrust and anger,
<><>and erode public faith in the administration of the election.”

If contending that a presidential election was stolen is illegal,
<><>where is Al Gore’s indictment?
<><>No Democrats have ever been charged for claiming that Bush was elected by hanging chads,
<><>for challenging his election both times in Congress.

No indictments for spreading lies and launching investigations
for false claims that Trump had been elected by the Russians.

Even as they themselves tarred Trump in order to
“create an intense national atmosphere of mistrust and anger.”

For anyone who lived through Election Night 2020, and watched Trump winning comfortably at 11:00 P.M. EST, only to lose that massive lead by the following morning, skepticism about the election will always remain intense. (And it seems more people are getting skeptical by the day.)

That skepticism is hardened by stories of municipalities that actually stopped counting during the night and reopened with large Biden pluralities.

I stayed up and watched the results come in. I saw the jump from Trump to Biden and knew they were cheating. Nobody had to tell me they cheated. I saw it.

Chutkan will probably not allow evidence of election fraud to be introduced. The leftist judges have no problem with ignoring law or twisting it to suit their wishes. Even if their decisions are later overturned by a higher court the damage has already been done. They realize that fact.

Democrats: The results may be unbelievable, but there was no fraud at all.

Republicans: Go ahead and prove that negative. Until you prove a negative, I’m allowed to have doubts.

They are not what caused all the problems. Paper ballots mailed to everyone on voter roles is where it happened along with the ballot drop boxes. They know what ballots were returned so knew which ones to forge and stuff the ballot boxes.

” …. we have put together I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics. — candidate Joe Biden, October 2020

This one item alone not only destroys the prosecutor’s narrative, but it should make Joseph Robinette Biden get he very first witness to be deposed by Trump’s attorneys.

That’s the low tech cover.

Even if every voter casts a legal vote, Deep State can and will continue to steal elections with electronic voting machines.

Switch votes, lose votes.

Why do you think states that don’t have RCV use RCV-enabled voting machines, hmmmm...

First the verdict, then the trial. If anybody gets around to it, then exculpatory evidence MIGHT be found.

But where does the target go to get back both reputation and legal costs? General Flynn is still staggering under the burden placed upon him.

“The only way to steal a landslide is using high tech.”

No. If you can get electronic evidence of signatures and registered voting lists. Use mail in ballots and potentially shut off the signature verification system you need foot soldiers but it can be done. Sometimes you may need counterfeit ballots, you need unmonitored drop boxes as well. That’s the formula, get ballots, and have your operatives vote for your people. Nursing homes, targeting people who never vote, fake addresses, fake signatures, etc. it’s not high tech like computer hacking, but it’s hard to stop when voting laws are ignored. That’s 2020. 17 states didn’t follow existing voting laws.

The reality is this. In the old Soviet Union, where if you didn’t vote you went to gulag, the would hit 80-85% voter turnout. In many US States voter turnout was well above 80%, and in Pennsylvania it was greater than registered voters. That’s a corrupt election. US election voter turnout is usually about 60%. The extra 20% voters gave Biden probably 50 million of his 81.5 million votes.

We live in a fascist dictator state now, not a Republic. Zuckerberg ran illegal drop boxes, gave illegal money, never prosecuted. The list of Democratic supporting voting crimes is long, nobody prosecuted. Just like Germany in the 1930’s, they tell people no crime unless prosecuted. The same propaganda as every totalitarian state.

Trump was brought to impeachment for pointing out Joe Biden and Obama’s crimes in Ukraine (Obama knew). He is being indicted here because he again called a turd a turd. For me, the media cannot ‘shine that turd’.

They talk about withdrawing qualified immunity from the police. How about prosecutors, judges and possibly jurors? Like the Clinesmith case where the jury forewoman gave the rationale for his acquittal, “there are worse things than lying to the FBI?”

Unfortunately, that’s a pretty weak article with regard to proving fraud.

I do believe a lot of fraud took place, but listing how the media responded to the Hunter Biden laptop as one of the 5 pieces of evidence of irregularities or illegality isn’t very convincing.

It was Trump’s own people who had the laptop, not the media. Instead of handing the whole thing over to ANYONE in the media to investigate it, they just released one little e-mail a day on the Bannon show, which had little to no effect.

That’s not election illegality. That’s poor execution by our own side. Hopefully better evidence of fraud exists, and will be presented soon. There’s been lots of claims of it, and we need to show we were right beyond a doubt.
