I disagree - shoplifters need a good butt whippin’. Especially ones that blatantly flaunt their act, as if nobody will stop them. They gave him one.
In a better age, the cops would have joined in with their night sticks.
They were literally whipping his butt. Not his head or his ribs or his belly. Pain, not permanent injury.
If a half dozen store owners shoot shoplifters and outline the body with tape, the ferals will get the message.
Laws need to be changed, to allow victims to stop thieves by any means necessary. Car, boats, womens honor, childrens innocence, money, jewelry or just piece of mind. Let the owner do as he pleases to those who are in the process of committing a crime.
