Sounds like a disgruntled employee who played by his own rules until Rubin came along. He was probably always late and had numerous absences, and his complaining about her racism towards employees is a bogus claim. Those employees need to come forth with dates and the facts of this so called racist treatment. And, her having a loyalty to anything confederate is not against the law - he needs to visit the south sometime.
