My grandmother went to the Gold Hill Elementary School in the late 1800’s. Whenever we go to the park there I wonder what life was like for her way back when.

I think you’ve missed the point. Denial of quorum isn’t about “taking your ball and going home,” it’s about using a constitutional tool to block bad legislation. It’s the only tool the Repubs had. If they show up and vote “no,” the bills pass anyway. If they walk out, they at least have a chance to get the Dems to the negotiating table. They did the absolute right thing, and now the commies who have an iron grip on this state are trying to punish them.
