Well, if Trump would stop running his mouth about Pence, about the prosecutor, etc., he would not be facing a protective order. This is his doing, likely intentional. The judge setting a hearing date, letting the attorneys work it out is all pretty normal, so poor excuse for the article to be written (Or even posted on FR).
The issue and point of the article is not that the judge set a date for a hearing. The issue is that she set a date that Trump’s main attorneys can’t attend, even though both the prosecution and the defense agreed to several other dates where they could all be in attendance. She is the only one insisting that the hearing on a critical issue take place on a date when she knows Trump’s attorneys can’t be there.
