I have no doubt she is partisan but it is possible SHE was not available except the 11th. She has other cases.

The problem with that argument is that her original order was for the prosecution and defense to confer and agree on a date “on or before August 11th” for the hearing. They agreed and the prosecution requested either the 10th or the 14th or 15th. Even though they agreed to a date that complied with her order, she refused to move the hearing to a date when Trump’s attorneys could attend. Without a compelling reason for doing so, she could be giving the Trump team ammunition to push for her recusal.
