That's funny. The feds employ thousands of social media assets to provide that information to the DOJ on an hourly basis. There are whole mainframes following Trump social media content, and probably the content right here on FR.

My guess is that subpoena was requested to cover up all the content they already obtained without legal process.

It’s not illegal for them to collect publicly available information, like what you post to social media. Nor is any warrant needed for that. This can only be about them wanting to acquire his private messages on the platform.
