The authorities in the Kupiansk district of the Kharkiv region said they had to act because of "constant Russian shelling" in the area. They said local residents were being moved to "safe regions" of Ukraine.

If they break out, the Ukies will be on a roll...rapidly backwards.
Said it before, someone is going to sneak in a tactical nuke into the missile systems the Ukies are receiving and they will use it/them on the Russians.
