Dramatic new polling results from Premise have revealed that 41 percent of Americans polled would vote for 45th President Donald J. Trump in the 2024 election as opposed to incumbent Democrat President Joe Biden who would only capture 34 percent of the vote. And presenting a nightmare scenario for Democrats, Trump even wins from prison. However, should Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) prevail in the GOP primary, the poll shows that he would be defeated by Biden in a single-point race with each candidate barely securing about a third of the vote, 32 to 31 percent.
The Premise results from Five Thirty Eight align closely with intra-party polling according to Timcast News which reported the GOP primary field falling in behind Trump, who sits at 57 percent with DeSantis trailing by a devastating 41-point gap at 16 percent. All other GOP contenders are in single digits and are largely no-factor in the poll.
There does, however, exist an interesting wrinkle in the poll results which indicate that only a net 69 percent of Republicans would likely continue to support Trump if he were convicted and sent to prison under any of the four indictments currently against him, a seventeen-point drop. Fascinatingly this would give Trump a theoretical net 39 percent of the vote, still enough to defeat Joe Biden's 34 percent. It is important to note, however, that 25 percent of voters were unsure on who they would vote for between Joe Biden and Donald Trump when prompted.
This scenario would present a unique legal situation, of having a man elected president during a prison sentence and likely amidst a contentious appeals process that would likely end with a self-pardon, or potentially a short period of constitutional incapacity under the 25th Amendment, until his pardon could be effectuated, making his selection of a vice president all the more important.
As is typical of many prominent mainstream polls, the Premise oversampled Democrats, as was noted by our colleagues at Timcast News, this could skew the data leftward. However, this makes the findings even more profound suggesting the possibility of an even wider margin of victory for Trump. Furthermore, a startling majority, 55 percent, of self-identified Democrat voters said they believe Biden should not be running for a second term as president.
However, this is belied by the fact that alternate Democrats can't even crack the 25 percent mark with Vice President Kamala Harris leading at 21 percent followed by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton with 15 percent, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) with 14 percent, and Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) with 10 percent. All other Democrats showed at single digits.

Biden hasn’t run in years. He didn’t even run in 2020. He sat on his ass in the basement eating ice cream while the 81 million banana boat ballots floated in.

We need to do everything we can to encourage a liberal 3rd party candidate folks. Get that green party on the ballots. It’s the best chance to victory.
Biden is not going to be the Democrat/Communist Party candidate, much, much less “win” a second term ... I don’t care how much his elder-abusing wife wants it. Not going to happen.
The point is to have ongoing, multiple trials against Trump during the campaign season flooding the news with negative Trump stories.
This can be looked into, but I would guess the states in question were out of reach regardless. Being kicked off the ballot in Mass costs him nothing.
There is only one MAGAdonian citizen in this race.

I disagree. I think Biden should run. Just think of the entertainment value of a debate. The way things are, Biden would lose a debate against a rock.
It does not matter to the Uniparty (R). Whatever bogus charges the kangaroo courts can make stick will be plenty enough to disqualify him from being allowed to be on the pubbie ballot. Just like the last Trump coup sedition, the pubbies will be the driving force in this sedition.

It’s more than entertainment value. I equate it to the decision not to take out Hitler. He was screwing up in front of the world so bad he was left to stab himself and his agenda in the back in the eyes of the people throughout. This was providing a hatred for him with the world and why he was finally ganged up on and defeated.
Remember, the terrorist groups in their different locations, even though they kill or imprison, are loved because they build roads, schools, and churches for the locals. But outside their local regime, they are hunted on sight. Take Biden out of the protection of the democratic party when he steps so far out there they can’t do anything, and he’s a perfect advertisement for voting conservative.

If Dump is tied with Briben, Briben wins and Dump goes to prison. You know that, right? Their machinery can make up modest gaps on the ground collecting and completing ballots from clueless urban losers who'd never otherwise vote and may not even know who's running. Everyone knows Dump. Very few know RD. Dump's 47% ceiling is as hard as concrete and he only even touches that once in a blue moon. 45% is more like his real ceiling which translates to an electoral loss of biblical proportions. Or, as many here would say, "massive voter fraud".
I'll vote for DeSantis or maybe a couple of others. If it's Dump or the rest of the RINOs, I'll write in RD.
If they dump Biden and the American people elect some other dem pos then you know we are finished.

Because the Demonrats don’t want to LOSE! Even with all of their cheating, Joe has ZERO chance against Trump! ZERO!
