I view this as him being an insider who is going to get any and all information and keep the prosecution on top of it, stifle information that is harmful to the defendant, and stall, delay, and obfuscate wherever possible.
That’s exactly what it is.
And I don’t trust Comer as far as I can kick him. Telegraphs everything. “If the American people saw what I saw...If the American people knew what I know”...blah blah blah blah.
If it’s that bad, why are they not acting? Because they are protecting the status quo. And they’re 100% confident that the voters back at home will re-elect them.
I’d also put Jordan in the same boat
Jordan is damn near the worst of all of them.
I’m not a lawyer...and I didn’t even stay at a Holiday Inn last night.But unless I’ve misread one or two thing I’ve recently seen there is no Federal *law* in place at the moment regarding “special counsels”.Unless I’m mistaken 28 CFR 600 is a Department of Just Us “regulation”...not a “law” passed by Congress.
