That precedent will be knocked down in higher courts by overwhelming majorities....perhaps even in lower courts. 9-0 in the SC.

Getting these appealable issues fast tracked to higher courts is my concern.

I don't know why people are so confident in this. Do y'all not realize that once SCOTUS accepts one of these cases, that they will have every DEMONRAT and every FAKE NEWSER and every BLM terrorist and every Antifa terrorist screaming at them that they BETTER NOT DARE overturn any Trump conviction OR ELSE?

The SCOTUS would have to have the courage to do what's right, and I just don't see it happening.

https://www.upcounsel.com › interlocutory-appeal
Interlocutory Appeal:

Interlocutory appeal occurs before the final answer from a trial court. If a judge enters orders you cannot accept, you can petition the appellate court within a month. You would normally get a response, but this depends on the jurisdiction, and your answer would be due 20 days after. You would then usually wait for months.

This is where I THINK we are headed. I’m not a lawyer though.
