I agree with your take to a point. It was about sex.
One was with a very young woman in the Oval Office.
The other was with an adult woman in a private setting.
The adult woman was not a witness in a trial. She was given
money to remain silent, but that’s not a crime in any stretch
of the imagination, with people who are mentally well.
Hillary didn’t divorce the guy, because she was a political
social climber.
I’m not sure what the deal was with Melania. She’s not a
social climber, and perhaps she did it to be financial
stable and to keep the son in contact with his dad on a
daily basis.
What both men did is wrong > IMO.
What the Democrats did with Trump was an affront to
Melania. He hadn’t done anything illegal or in a place
that was like the Oval Office.
Clinton should have been impeached on that alone.
Trump should have been left alone for the sake of his
family, since there was no political infraction whatsoever.
