Well, if you want to indict someone you need to do a little more than “guess”. That’s why we need warrants and subpoenas, seize all their communications, etc. Just like they did to Trump.

Kind of hard to do when all the ones doing the seizing are on the Marxists’ side. Even if Trump manages to get back in.. it’s going to be an almost impossible feat to accomplish what needs to be done.

That’s what I’m saying. There is no reason that has to be so, except that “our side” has no testicles to fight back.
There’s no point anymore to standing on principles saying “that’s not right” about the lawfare the left is engaged in. If the courts won’t stop it, then it doesn’t matter one whit whether it’s fair or not. We either respond in kind, and double down with even more “unfair” prosecutions against the left, or we are going to lose, big time.

Which is the reason why I’ve become a cynic and pessimist. I don’t see “our side” growing a set, finally, and standing up to the Marxists. End result = we are going to lose, big time.
