I’m thinking underinsured will be an issue as well.
Anyone with a bank mortgage on their house in Lahaina had to have home owners insurance. That’s probably the majority. Those with the option to drop it, and who did so, are probably a small minority.
It’s hard to get insurance when you break all the zoning regulations.
