Because the group incorporated in Delaware, state regulations mean there is no public paper trail of who is behind the limited liability company. Gee, hasn't Delaware been in the news for other reasons lately? Seems like Delaware is a good place to set up crooked LLCs. Wonder how those laws came to be enacted?
