Funny to me that people will accept something handed to them through a window from a stranger and then proceed to eat it without a care as to what it may actually contain. I hate drive-throughs.

So do I unless I am traveling. Even then, if I'm not behind schedule, I'd rather sit down and eat like a civilized person and wash up before and after I'm done eating.
Of course, I sympathize with drive-thru culture a lot more if it is in a neighborhood full of urban ferals. Or if you have young children in the backseat where you have to spend a lot of time getting them out of those children's seats!

I also prefer doing my own grocery shopping. I’ve never had them delivered. Not saying I never will, but so far, a weekly grocery shopping trip works for me.

I don’t see much difference if someone hands you a bag at the window or brings it out from a back room and puts it on a “clean” table.
