The temperatures are one thing. It’s the lack of rain that’s the bigger issue. A good portion of Texas is under drought conditions.

I lived in Wichita Falls for several years. Can’t say I miss it. And ine year the drought was so bad they were forced to used sewer water in the town supply. Treated of course. But it made for some good T short sales. “We’re number 2.”
