Probably cause HIV infection doesn’t cause disease for a while. So since HIV is mostly a sexually transmitted agent it fell into that class. HIV should be classified as an STD or have its’own class..maybe DSTD (Delayed STD) like hep c or hep b, or HPV

Which raises  raises private insurance rates and or taxes for all who pay them.  

Such are just part of the financial and societal costs  that affect every one to varying degrees due to man disobeying God's program, in which sexual union is only between male and female in marriage. And which provides the stable safe environment for trust and intimacy and for  children which are to result, versus  fornication as well as artificial contraceptives.

God made man and women distinctively different yet uniquely compatible and complementary, and only joined them together in marriage - as the Lord Jesus Himself specified (Mt. 19:4–6) - and Scripture only condemns homosexual relations wherever they are manifestly dealt with.

And homosexual relations have been tragically primarily responsible for approx. 80% of new HIV cases among men and over 700,000 American deaths, though such is not even the decisive reason why homosexual relations are wrong.

But the 2nd article on the new highly antibiotic resistant gonorrhea is resistant to 6 of 7 treatments. He is right to be worried about an increase.
