"During the post-conviction investigation, the Innocence Project ordered DNA testing of the evidence, including a rape kit. No crime scene evidence linked Lewis to the murder and sexual assault. DNA results from the semen samples on the vaginal swab and the stain on Coleman’s pants excluded Lewis as the source in both samples. Results from other stains on Coleman’s pants, which contained non-sperm DNA fraction mixtures, also excluded Lewis as a source."How did this poor guy get put away in the first place? Sounds like some horrendous corruption in the DA's office.
