“In almost every state, law students who pass their state bar examination, which allows them to practice law, take an oath to support the U.S. Constitution.”

Thus it follows that those who are promoting ditching the Constitution, should be disbarred.

Liberal logic: If the Constitution isn't broken fix it until it is.

The writers reasoned that it would be far better if liberal legislators had the power to make a case for abortion and labor rights on their own merits without having "to bother with the Constitution."

Just who would these "legislators" be? If they discard the Constitution, they are discarding Congress. That means they are discarding the very "legislators" who would now have the "power to make a case for abortion and labor rights."

The only legislators who would remain are those in the state legislatures, and they already have the power to make abortion law.

Way way too many lawyers!

I wish I had a buck for every time I heard this conversation between college seniors:

Senior 1: Hey what are you going to do now that you graduated?

Senior 2: Dunno, I can’t think of anything I want to do. Guess I’ll go to law school!

Delegates will operate under strict commissions from their state legislatures.

CA, IL, NY would probably send delegates with Marxist orders, but it is simply silly to assume a majority of states would similarly do so.

I might have become a lawyer, once upon a time. Then I worked for some of them, and got over it.

Trump can endorse candidates from lists that patriots who respect the federal government's constitutionally limited powers provide for him, as long as candidates are not incumbents, candidates also promising to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments after they win office.

27 states have mail in voting on demand, no reason required

What did the legislatures of those states do about mail in voting? Would they really guarantee better senators?

Wait until the products of these institutions try to write a brief that offhand dismisses the Constitution or urges a court to take a blatantly unconstitutional action.

Vote by mail on demand is not as bad as mailing out ballots to a voter list automatically, but it’s bad enough.

If these schools or universities are promoting this then they are not top schools.

"In 2022, Ryan D. Doerfler and Samuel Moyn—who teach law at Harvard and Yale universities, respectively—wrote a New York Times editorial titled "The Constitution Is Broken and Should Not Be Reclaimed."

"In it, they wrote that the struggle over the Constitution has proven to be a dead end for liberals."

A dead end for liberals... That works for me..

The “Bonobo Sisterhood” course (Bonobos being a type of chimpanzee) to study primate behaviour to justify Leftist feminism and violence (as do the Bonobo animal groups- always by violence, they having uh... no laws or mentality to make any!) ...

Another name for the “course” at freaking Stanford— Monkey See, Monkey Do!!!! And the monkeys then... do. See BLM and Antifa year of rioting and billions in damage and murders of people. We are NOT monkeys... but many of the human population has regressed to them, to justify their own incompetence and illogic.

"The Thirteenth Amendment (Amendment XIII) to the United States Constitution abolished slavery and involuntary servitude, except as punishment for a crime."

Hmmmm... I wonder who it is that commits most all of the "crime"

Yes list articles but list important activities and end results.

Look at this associate dean... she IS a “Bonobo Sisterhood” as in bonobos which are chimpanzees, violent cannibalistic chimps who kill other chimp groups and eat them! A naturalistic approach to the analysis of degraded society at this expensive school level (which we all pay for, btw) is worthwhile. Note the actions, statements and advocacy of animalistic Marxists. Marx was a loser who sought his own elevation through the murder of others (a very mentally ill person, most of whose kids suicided).

Matter of fact this former dean IS a bonobo...regressed primate chimp bonobo. What a harridan, with of course and Ankh amulet necklace- from the good old pagan Egypt! Monkey See.. Monkey(ette) Do!
